CORE is a sexual enlightenment publication aimed at providing comprehensive and inclusive sex education. The typography reflects the dual nature of sex education today, pairing the formal and outdated—seen in the contrast typeface Masqualero, reminiscent of historical type forms—with the accessible and unfiltered, represented by Roboto Mono and its reference to the internet’s role in adolescent access to information.
Through a range of curated content and a balance of design elements—formal and informal, long-form typography and playful graphics—the publication seeks to establish a thoughtful middle ground within contemporary sex education.
